From the Kind Kitchen: Aloha-vocado Smoothie

Ingredients:

½ cup pineapple juice

¼ cup pineapple chunks

¼ cup mango chunks

1/8 cup organic kale

½ of an avocado

  1. Cut up your fruits and veggies and add to a blender, (kale, pineapple, mango and top it off with the avocado).

  2. Pour your pineapple juice over the fruits and vegetables.

  3. Blend until creamy, (thank the avocado for the creaminess)!

  4. Enjoy!
